We do not offer any cancellation of orders, exchange of items, refund or return of money paid for all items that are sent to the customer through registered or postal mail after 2 days upon the customer's receipt of the ordered items.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM
All items are well-protected by our package when shipping out. However, in the circumstances that the items are received in a bad state, we will definitely give you a prompt exchange if you notify us immediately upon receiving receipt to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. Damaged/defective items must be returned to us within seven (7) days of delivery, securely packaged and wrapped with a copy of the delivery receipt. If the item of yours is not available, you can exchange for another item of the same or higher value. You would just need to top-up the difference. Refunds will be given at the discretion of our Company Management. Swapping will be looked upon on a case-to-case basis.

Product Descriptions
Au10Tiq will try our very best to be as precise as possible in our product descriptions. Invariably, the colors as shown in the photographs on our website may differ slightly from the actual color of the item. We are more than happy to clarify any queries on the items displayed. Our Company Management reserves the right to alter the prices of the items without notice.
